Mowers are available in all types and sizes, but cutting around posts and other obstacles quickly and efficiently remains a real challenge. There are hardly any affordable alternatives on the market that are said to have the ability to mow 360 degrees around an obstacle. Raster Master  offers you the solution.

Floating suspension:

In order to be able to have the Raster Master ‘’floating’’ behind the tractor, the machine is equipped with a special shock absorbing system.  The built in damper ensures that the mower is able to respectively move up and down across uneven surfaces in order to avoid damage to the machine and the surface. After passing any unevenness, the machine will always automatically return back to its neutral starting position.  It is also possible to mow at a slight slope or hill by fully reaching out or pushing in the shock absorber cylinder.

Setup tension load:

Depending on the obstacles to be mown around the tension load can be adjusted, to prevent any damage to the obstacles.  There is a PU fender fitted on the contact surface to further prevent any damage to obstacles.  This PU fender can be changed quickly and available in different hardness’s depending on the obstacles being mown around. 

Transport mode:

The machine can be easily flipped to the back so that it can safely, with a minimum width, be transported on the road.

Tractor requirements:

The machine can be mounted behind various different tractor sizes. The tractor must have a minimum of 23hp.

Working Conditions:

In practice, scrub cutters and similar machines are often used around obstacles and fences.  When using such machinery aspects of working conditions, such as vibrations, sound, physical stress, ergonomics, play an extremely important role.  Looking at the growing social attitude and importance of the working conditions and personal safety, Raster Master offers an excellent alternative to conventional machinery.

Environmental aspects:

Reduction in combustion gas emissions as a result of more obstacles being dealt with in much less time, combined with the difference in emissions between diesel tractors and scrub cutters or similar machinery.

Reduction in the use of pesticide:

Usually in fruit cultivation only paths are mowed and strips of plantation are sprayed.  Now thanks to Raster Master strips of plantation can now be mown as well.

Payback time:
